These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the FightSwipe app and related services ("FightSwipe", "we", "us"). By downloading or using FightSwipe, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use FightSwipe. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Don't share your account or impersonate others. Notify us at thefightswipe@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. The game — no wagering

FightSwipe is a free prediction game. You make picks on fight outcomes to earn points, accuracy, and standing on leaderboards. FightSwipe does not involve real-money wagering, betting, or gambling, and there is nothing to cash out. Points and rankings have no monetary value.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law or use FightSwipe for any unlawful purpose;
• Post content that is harassing, hateful, abusive, obscene, or infringing;
• Cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, or manipulate leaderboards or other users;
• Attempt to access, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the service;
• Misuse social features (spam, scams, or harmful content).

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. User content

You retain ownership of content you create (such as forum posts and messages), but you grant FightSwipe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the app to operate the service. You're responsible for the content you post.

6. Intellectual property & third parties

The FightSwipe name, logo, and app are owned by us. FightSwipe is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any sports organization, promotion, or athlete. References to events, promotions, or fighters are for identification and commentary only and remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Disclaimers

FightSwipe is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scoring, schedules, or results will always be accurate or available.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FightSwipe and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data or goodwill, arising from your use of the app.

9. Termination

You may stop using FightSwipe and delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service and its users.

10. Apple App Store

If you downloaded FightSwipe from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge these Terms are between you and FightSwipe, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the app or its support. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
