Data retention & account deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete Account), which removes your profile and associated data such as picks and party memberships. You can also email us at thefightswipe@gmail.com to request deletion.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including hashing passwords and restricting access. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

FightSwipe is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices & rights

You can update your profile, manage notification preferences, and delete your account in the app. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (such as to access or delete your data); contact us to exercise them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
